It was a pleasure working with Greg Knox. It was the first time I have owned a home, and I had many projects which needed repairs. You see, I am a physically disabled man, every project in my home, had to be exact. Greg took the time to find out exactly what I needed. He even suggested projects I hadn't thought of. On the exterior of the home, Greg put an overhang on the front door, made the ramp safe for me, and made sure it was non-slip. He installed my entryway door with an automatic open and close feature that I can control with a button myself. The inside remodel was mostly to the primary bathroom. Greg installed a complete custom shower, with non-slip flooring, rails, stability bars, and a chair. Greg was concerned that everything was perfect, functional, and safe for me. He was excellent! Northern Reign is a five star company. I would definitely use Greg again for any projects in the future. He cared about what I need. Thank you!
